皇冠体育app TRPR transposed provisions from the European Union鈥檚 Tobacco Products Directive (TPD) into UK law. This covered a range of measures such as notification, labelling and advertising regulations for novel tobacco products, herbal products for smoking, and electronic cigarettes.

On initial submission this PIR was not fit for purpose and received an Initial Review Notice; the department resubmitted after discussions with the RPC and it is now green-rated; fit for purpose.
