皇冠体育app fast track opposition process is intended to benefit business by improving access to opposition proceedings at a cost proportionate to the complexity and value of the matter at stake. 皇冠体育app fast track opposition procedure provides a faster, cheaper and less complicated way for business to protect their trade marks.
皇冠体育app costs awarded in Fast Track Oppositions are capped at 拢500 (excluding official fees). Further information can be found in Tribunal Practice Notice 2/2015.
Any person who wishes to lodge a fast track opposition should file a Notice of Opposition using the form TM7F with the appropriate fee of 拢100 to accompany the form.
