This report of the Independent Advisory Panel on Non-Compliance Management suggests a safe framework to the Home Office for using force when removing people from the UK. It includes a training package for detainee custody officers who escort those being removed from the UK.

皇冠体育app Home Office has published its response to the report and a written ministerial statement on a 鈥榥ew system of restraint for managing people safely during immigration removals鈥� has been laid in the House of Commons by James Brokenshire MP and in the House of Lords by Lord Taylor of Holbeach.
