Apply for a coach to travel at 100km/h in France
You must get approval for a public service vehicle (PSV) to travel at up to 100 kilometres per hour (km/h) in France by having a 'Vitesse 100 examination'.

Use this form to apply for a Vitesse 100 examination, even if a PSV is due to have another test (for example, a certificate of initial fitness (COIF) test) carried out at the same time.

Send the application form to the Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA) using the service to apply for a vehicle test for a coach.

Pay the application fee of £20.50 by credit or debit card (DVSA will tell you how to do this after you’ve applied), or by cheque or using a pre-funded account.
