Diweddarwyd ddiwethaf ar 22 Ebrill 2024 show all updates

  1. We have amended side notes in the form to make it clear that an assent does not need to be a deed.

  2. A side note to panel 7 has been amended to replace a reference to "electronic address" with "email address" for clarity.

  3. Panels 5 and 6 have been amended as a result of the Land Registration (Amendment) Rules 2022.

  4. We have amended the side note to panel 11. 皇冠体育app certificate to be given must confirm that the grant of probate, letters of administration or court order was granted in the United Kingdom.

  5. We have added a side note to the execution panel in the form to point customers to our practice guide 8: execution of deeds.

  6. We added a guidance note about our personal information charter, which explains how we process customer data.

  7. We have added side notes to panels 3 and 12 to clarify that the assent must be dated. That date being the day of completion.

  8. Guidance about how to complete AS1 has been updated. Section about AP1 has been removed, as duplicated elsewhere on GOV.UK. Links have been added and updated.
