皇冠体育app survey includes services provided under the Care Programme Approach (CPA), in NHS trusts in England (including combined mental health and social care trusts, Foundation Trusts and community healthcare social enterprises that provide mental health services).

Survey results are available for England as a whole compared with the previous year鈥檚 results. Results, where available, are also published for each individual trust showing where they have performed 鈥榖etter鈥� or 鈥榳orse鈥� than would be expected, when compared with all other trusts, and showing changes since the 2015 survey.
