  1. We normally include inspections from 1 September 2012 in the In-year historic data sheet. However, 32 were included in error and these have been removed from the functional and accessible versions. In the In-year new provider MVs sheet of the accessible version, the total number of Other NPMV for 2020/21 was corrected from 23 to 25.

  2. Updated datasets and charts as 2 new provider monitoring visits to independent specialist colleges were incorrectly shown as 'MV (monitoring visit) other'. 皇冠体育app correction has no impact on the overall message in the main findings.
