  1. Updated tables, images and text for chapters 4 and 5. In the data tables for chapter 4 there is a revised worksheet 4.14 - the correction to worksheet 4.14 means image 14 and parts of section 8 of chapter 4 have been updated. In worksheets 4.3 and 4.13, there were incorrect footnotes that changed the meaning of the data. 皇冠体育appre was also an erroneous data point in 4.3 - this means figure 3 of chapter 4 has been updated. In the data tables for chapter 5, there is a revised worksheet 5.1 - the correction to 5.1 means image 1 and parts of section 1 of chapter 5 have been updated.
