- Great Yarmouth
- Coventry
- Lincolnshire
- Yorkshire
- Blackburn and Lancashire
- Tees Valley
- Bradford
- Scarborough
- Hampshire
- Stratford-upon-Avon
New partnerships are being developed in:
- Hastings
- Isle of Wight
- Somerset
- Stoke-on-trent
