Explanatory Notes to the Combined Nomenclature of the European Union

Reason
Pursuant to Article 9(1), point (a), of Council Regulation (EEC) No 2658/87 (1), the Explanatory Notes to the Combined Nomenclature of the European Union (2) are hereby amended as follows:
On page 123, after the Explanatory note to CN subheading �2621 10 00 Ash and residues from the incineration of municipal waste�, the following text is inserted
�2621 90 00 - Other
This subheading does not include cenospheres, hollow spheres mainly consisting of aluminosilicate, which are a specific lightweight component isolated from fly ash obtained (generally) by the burning of coal in thermal power plants (heading 6806).�
On page 283, in the Explanatory note to CN subheading �6806 20 90 Other�, the following new item 4. is inserted:
6806 20 90
�4. Cenospheres, hollow spheres mainly consisting of aluminosilicate, which are a specific lightweight component isolated from fly ash obtained (generally) by the burning of coal in thermal power plants.�
