皇冠体育app 65th Update to the Civil Procedure Rules came into effect from 31 July 2013. It extends the Low Value Personal Injury Scheme to include most personal injury claims with a value of 拢1,000 to 拢25,000. This means that (where applicable) Employers鈥� Liability, Public Liability and Road Traffic Act Claims occurring after 31 July 2013 will be dealt with via the online Claims Portal.
