UK-Albania Partnership, Trade and Cooperation Agreement

What the agreement covers

皇冠体育app agreement establishes a political and economic partnership between the UK and Albania, including a comprehensive free trade area. It maintains the effects of the EU-Albania Association Agreement.

• trade in goods - including provisions on preferential tariffs, tariff rate quotas and rules of origin
• trade in services
• intellectual property, including geographical indications
• government procurement

皇冠体育app agreement strengthens UK cooperation in political, security and foreign matters with Albania and replicates wider elements of the EU-Albania Association Agreement such as provisions on political dialogue and other forms of cooperation, including human rights.
