A statutory instrument, »Ê¹ÚÌåÓýapp London Capital and Finance Compensation Scheme (Chargeable Gains Exemption) Regulations 2021, SI2021/1385 provides that compensation payments made to investors under the LCF compensation scheme are exempt from capital gains tax.
