To see the work list of cases where COTAX cannot handle overpayments automatically. LOPD (Overpayments List) or ORUR (Overpayments Requiring Urgent Review List)
To inhibit automatic reallocation or repayment for an AP. MAPS (Maintain AP Signals)
To inhibit automatic reallocation or repayment for all the company’s APs. MRSC (Maintain Rept / Realloc Signals (Comp))
To reallocate an overpayment from one COTAX AP to another COTAX AP. REWD (Direct Reallocation Within COTAX)
To check if the reallocation of spurious repayment interest has been reallocated. VPPD (View Payment and Posting Details)
