Situation Function
To enter bank account and nominee details on a COTAX record. BOND (Bank and / or Nominee Details)
To make a repayment, provisionally, before liability has been finally established. To be made to debit or credit card, or by Bacs or payable order that COTAX will not handle automatically. DIRR (Direct Repayment)
To set and unset signals to prevent automatic reallocation or repayment for a particular AP. MAPS (Maintain Accounting Period Signals)
To enter or amend case notes. NOTE (Case Notes)
