»Ê¹ÚÌåÓýapp fixed costs to be claimed on entry of judgment in the county court varies according to the amount of the debt, as shown in the following table. »Ê¹ÚÌåÓýapp fixed costs below apply from 6 April 2011.
Note: Fixed costs on entry of judgment can only be claimed where fixed commencement costs were claimed.
On entering judgment for a sum of money where the sum claimed (excluding court fees):
- does not exceed £5,000, the fixed costs are £15
- exceeds £5,000, the fixed costs are £20.
