»Ê¹ÚÌåÓýapp Acas Helpline is a confidential helpline run on behalf of the Department for Business and Trade (NMWM02020) which provides help and advice on employment matters, including National Minimum Wage, to employers and workers.

Acas is an independent organisation who promote good employment relations (NMWM02080).

»Ê¹ÚÌåÓýapp helpline provides a “one-stop shopâ€� allowing workers and employers to obtain information and advice in confidence about:

  • National Minimum Wage
  • Employment Agency Standards
  • Gangmaster Licensing
  • Working Time Regulations

It also enables workers (and others) to report abuses, including multiple issue breaches. »Ê¹ÚÌåÓýapp Helpline also issues leaflets on request.

National Minimum Wage complaints and the more complex enquiries received by the Helpline are passed to HM Revenue and Custom’s National Minimum Wage team (NMWM02040).
