In Northern Ireland appeals against the judgment of an Industrial Tribunal (NMWM02110) are made to the Court of Appeal (Northern Ireland).

»Ê¹ÚÌåÓýapp Court of Appeal sits at the Royal Courts of Justice in Belfast. »Ê¹ÚÌåÓýappre are four judges of the Court of Appeal including the Lord Chief Justice, who is the President. »Ê¹ÚÌåÓýapp Court of Appeal hears appeals in Civil matters from the High Court and in criminal matters from the Crown Court. It also hears appeals on points of law from the county courts, magistratesâ€� courts and certain tribunals (including Industrial Tribunals). Three judges will usually hear a case in the Court of Appeal. »Ê¹ÚÌåÓýapp Court is administered by the Northern Ireland Court Service, which is answerable to Parliament through the Secretary of State for Constitutional Affairs.
