»Ê¹ÚÌåÓýapp data capture initial screen allows you to

• Select which in-year form you want to capture
• Record the date the form was received

»Ê¹ÚÌåÓýapp system will check that the PAYE reference number is valid before the form iscaptured. This avoids rejection after capture, due to the PAYE reference being incorrect,when the in- year form has already been discarded.

This process has the benefit of only needing to be performed once for each type of in-yearform received for the same PAYE reference number captured in succession.

For this reason, it is beneficial to organise in-year forms to be captured in PAYEreference and form type order (not alphabetical) to maximise the benefit.

Note: Each time a different type of in-year form is captured or the samein-year form is captured but for a different PAYE reference number, the DATA CAPTUREINITIAL screen has to be re-completed.
