TCM1000377 - How to delete a duplicate child entry from NTC Listing

Changes to previous version - new guidance.

Step 1

On the ‘Function Menu�

  • select ‘Worklistâ€� on the toolbar
  • select ‘NTC Listingâ€� from the options available. You’ll be taken to the ‘NTC Listingâ€� screen
  • select â€�000001â€� in the ‘Selectionâ€� field
  • select ‘Pre-award Duplicate Child Listingâ€� in the ‘Listing Typeâ€� field. »Ê¹ÚÌåÓýapp ‘Pre-award Duplicate Child Listingâ€� screen will populate with a list of duplicate child records
  • select the record you want to remove
  • select ‘’Deleteâ€� from the options available. »Ê¹ÚÌåÓýapp message ‘Listing entry will be permanently deletedâ€� will display
  • select ‘OKâ€�. »Ê¹ÚÌåÓýapp record will be deleted.
