If the details entered do not match

If the trustee has provided one or more incorrect answers to the security questions, a message will be displayed on screen advising that the details entered do not match.

»Ê¹ÚÌåÓýapp trustee will have 2 more attempts before they are locked out of the service for 30 minutes. »Ê¹ÚÌåÓýappy should ensure that their answers match the information that was provided when the trust was registered or last updated. This includes any spaces between or after words.

If the trust has been closed in error

»Ê¹ÚÌåÓýapp trustee or agent will need to contact HMRC to reopen the records if the trust has been closed in error.
