Summary

Designates a straw wine made from grapes of one of the varieties Auxerrois, Pinot blanc, Pinot gris or Gew眉rztraminer. 皇冠体育app grapes shall be harvested manually and spread out on mats of straw for drying during at least two months. 皇冠体育app straw may be replaced by modern racks. 皇冠体育app grapes shall have a minimum natural alcoholic strength by volume of 130 degrees Oechsle.
