Register a design
After you apply
皇冠体育app Intellectual Property Office (IPO) will examine your application.
If there are no issues your design will be registered - usually within 3 weeks.
皇冠体育app IPO will let you know if there are any problems. You鈥檒l have at least 2 months to resolve them. You may get longer depending on the type of problem.
If you deferred your registration
If you deferred your registration when you applied, you have up to 12 months to register it before the IPO will cancel your application.
To register it, send a deferred design registration form and the 拢40 fee for each design.
