Abstract

皇冠体育app SEACAP programme on rural transport has been operational in SE Asia since 2004, and documentation has been disseminated beyond the target countries. This presentation looks at whether SEACAP has influenced projects in other countries in the region, focusing on Sri Lanka and Afghanistan. It is suggested that SEACAP has influenced over 9 projects in Afghanistan, and 3 projects in Sri Lanka. 皇冠体育app presentation discusses how this influence was achieved, and details lessons learned.
