Abstract

This paper鈥檚 analysis reviews the legislation that governs Sudan鈥檚 revenue system, supplemented with interviews with civil servants, and presents an overview of findings from approximately 300 interviews with tax collectors and taxpayers.

This is an output of the Peace and Conflict Resolution Evidence Platform (PEACEREP) programme.
